Every candle is handcrafted and made just for you. Due to the nature of handmade and customised products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised orders.
Colour and scent can be customised on request.
Please allow 2–4 days for creation before dispatch.

Candle Care
• Place on a heat-safe plate or tray before lighting (sculpted candles may drip).
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
• Do not burn for more than 2–3 hours at a time.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
For best results, allow the wax to melt evenly during the first burn.

Orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, XpressBees, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and others, depending on the store location and delivery destination. We are committed to ensuring the fastest and safest delivery possible, keeping in mind current safety measures. While occasional delays may occur due to lockdowns or curfews in certain regions, Makers India strives to deliver your order within 5–7 days after dispatch from the seller.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds are made to the original payment method or via store credit.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
Once a buyer placed an order on our site they can contact the support team immediately to cancel the order or make any changes also they can contact the respective seller directly so they can make changes themselves.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once work on a personalised or handmade item begins, cancellations are not possible.
Returns
Due to the customised nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos if there is an issue.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for personalised or custom-made items.
Handmade items may be exchanged only if a wrong product was delivered or if there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
All personalised, customised, and handmade products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Sale or discounted items are also not eligible for return/exchange.
