Dishonored Overseer Mask Cosplay Costume

Inspired by the Overseer character from the Dishonored video game, this hand-made mask is a 3d printed replica of the original version.

The mask is made from PLA using 3d printing and the outer layer of resin is hand painted to give a smooth finish, giving it the luster of real metal. It has been weathered using acrylic paint to give it an aged and tarnished look. The mask shown in the photos is an example only — because the masks are hand-painted, no two look exactly alike.

It’s approx 17cms wide, 25cms high, and 13cms deep.

The mask includes a three-point adjustable leather strap. It is attached permanently to the sides of the mask.

The eyes and mouth are backed with a mesh material. When wearing the mask, the mesh allows you to see out of the mask while preventing others from seeing in.

The mask is “one-size-fits-most.” The inside width is approximately 6 1/4 inches, measured from cheekbone to cheekbone. The total height is approximately 9 1/2 inches. The total weight is 16 ounces, 436 gms. The mask includes foam padding on the inside.

This mask is perfect for costuming and cosplay but is NOT intended to offer any sort of protection for airsoft or other sports.

As always a 3D-printed prop may have small imperfections that can be fixed during the finishing stage, these won’t affect the prop and should be unnoticeable once finished.
